You can secure your own care at any care provider and file a claim to get reimbursed based on your employer's benefit.

Team members are eligible to have 10% of their care costs reimbursed each month.

Care for children up to age 12, adult dependents, and elderly family members qualify
Full-time team members are eligible for up to $100 per month per person they care for
Part-time team members are eligible for up to $50 per month per person they care for
Claims submitted by Thursday at 5pm ET (if approved) your reimbursement will be on the following week’s payslip
Use any care provider – including family members or friends who you pay to care for your loved ones while you are working
Only one claim form should be submitted per month for all dependents
Claims must be submitted within 60 days of when care was paid for or provided
